1. Who we are

Klendo is a Danish reporting platform for marketing agencies. We are the data controller for the personal data we process about you as a user of our service.

2. What data we collect

Account information: Email, agency name, logo and brand colors you provide at signup.
Google Analytics data: Sessions, users, pageviews, traffic sources from your clients' GA4 accounts (read-only OAuth access).
Google Search Console data: Clicks, impressions, CTR and search queries (read-only OAuth access).
Meta Ads data: Ad spend, impressions, clicks, conversions and ROAS (read-only OAuth access).
OAuth tokens: Access tokens encrypted with AES-256 before storage.

3. How we use data

We use data exclusively to:

Generate performance reports for your clients
Deliver AI-driven insights and recommendations
Show historical trends over time
Manage your account and subscription

4. Third-party sharing

We never share your data with third parties. Your clients' data is used solely to generate reports for you.

External services we use:

Supabase (EU-hosted database and authentication)
Stripe (payment processing — we do not store card details)
AI models (for report generation — only aggregated metrics are sent)

5. Data security

All OAuth tokens encrypted with AES-256 (Fernet) before storage
Data isolated per agency via Row Level Security (RLS)
All communication over HTTPS/TLS
Database hosted in EU (Supabase Frankfurt region)

6. Your rights (GDPR)

As an EU user, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, and object to the processing of your data.

7. Cookies

We only use technically necessary cookies for authentication and session management. No tracking, analytics, or marketing cookies.
